Player's complaint
A customer claiming a deposit-match welcome bonus placed several spins above the £5 max-bet rule documented in the bonus T&Cs while clearing the wagering requirement. The operator voided both the bonus and approximately £4,200 in associated winnings on detection of the breach. The customer disputed that the max-bet rule had been adequately surfaced at the point of bonus claim. The case was reviewed by the operator's complaints team and subsequently escalated to ADR.
