The operator requested source-of-funds documentation following sustained deposit activity above the operator's enhanced threshold. The customer disputed the scope of the requested documentation as disproportionate to the deposit pattern and declined to supply the full set. The operator closed the account and returned the original deposits to the originating method. No winnings were withheld.
