First-time withdrawal of approximately £2,400 from a verified UK account was placed on hold pending KYC re-verification. The operator's stated reason was a difference between the customer's residential address on file and the address shown on a recent payment-method statement. Documentation was requested and supplied; the withdrawal was released after seven working days. The customer disputed that re-verification was warranted given prior account verification.

The operator stated that periodic KYC re-verification triggered by changes in payment-method data was standard practice, paid the withdrawal in full, and did not offer additional compensation. The case was not escalated to ADR.
