Player's complaint
A dispute arose over the interpretation of a multi-leg accumulator-style bet placed at a live blackjack table side-bet feature. The operator's RNG system applied a payout interpretation different from the customer's expectation based on the displayed UI. The customer disputed the payout calculation. The operator's game-fairness team reviewed the session and confirmed the RNG outcome and payout calculation were correct per the published game rules; the UI presentation was found to be legitimately interpretable in two ways.
