Player's complaint
Editorial note: a recurring complaint pattern involves customers who, while clearing the wagering requirement on a deposit-match bonus, played games that contributed at the operator's stated weighting (e.g. table games at 10%). Players sometimes interpret the wagering progress shown on screen as their personal stake total rather than the weighted contribution; reaching the displayed wagering threshold without crossing the actual weighted requirement results in winnings being voided on attempted withdrawal. The pattern is operator-agnostic but more frequent at operators with less prominent weighting disclosure.
