Player's complaint
Editorial note: card-issuer chargebacks against UK gambling deposits are heavily restricted. Most UK card issuers will not process a gambling chargeback for buyer's remorse, and successful chargebacks against UKGC-licensed casinos are rare unless the underlying transaction was unauthorised. Initiating a chargeback against a casino typically results in account closure with AML implications. The proper escalation route is the operator's complaints procedure, then ADR (IBAS, eCogra ADR), then where applicable the UKGC. The chargeback route is functionally unavailable for routine player-vs-operator disputes.
