How to Get Started at High 5 Casino
High 5 Casino is the in-house sweepstakes platform of slots studio High 5 Games, and getting going follows three stages: register, stock up on free coins, then redeem.
How to open a High 5 Casino account
- 1Confirm eligibility
You must be 21 or older and in a state where sweepstakes play is permitted; the state availability section on this page covers where that applies.
- 2Create your account
Sign up at high5casino.com with your email and basic personal details.
- 3Claim the signup bundle
3 free Sweeps Coins land in your account at signup, along with Game Coins and Diamonds, with no purchase required.
- 4Browse the exclusive library
All 1,000+ titles come from High 5 Games itself, a catalogue no other sweepstakes operator carries in full.
- 5Set your coin mode
Game Coins are for free play; Sweeps Coins make your play count toward redeemable prizes.
How to claim free coins at High 5 Casino
- 1Check in daily
A daily login reward keeps coins flowing where High 5 Casino offers one.
- 2Watch the giveaways
Social media promotions on the brand's channels hand out extra free entries.
- 3Mail an AMOE request
The free postal alternative means of entry adds 3 Sweeps Coins per request, with no purchase.
- 4Know the purchase option
Game Coin packages run roughly $2 to $100 and carry bonus Sweeps Coins, but they are strictly optional.
Tip: Free routes refill slowly, so pace your Sweeps Coins play rather than using the 3 signup coins in a single session.
How to redeem Sweeps Coins prizes at High 5 Casino
- 1Hit the threshold
Cash prize redemptions open at 100 Sweeps Coins; non-cash prizes at 50.
- 2Clear the playthrough
Sweeps Coins carry a 1x playthrough before they become redeemable.
- 3Complete verification
A one-time identity check asks for a photo ID and proof of address.
- 4Select a payout route
ACH bank transfer, Skrill, and mailed paper checks are available.
- 5Track the timeline
Electronic redemptions take 1 to 5 business days; mailed checks take 7 to 14.
Mobile Experience
iOS App
No native iOS app, browser-based experience
Android App
No native Android app, browser-based experience
High 5 Casino runs entirely in the mobile browser, there is no native iOS or Android app. This is typical of US sweepstakes operators because the App Store and Play Store policies around sweepstakes apps are restrictive. The browser experience is responsive, with sweep-friendly touch controls and HTML5 slots.
- Responsive HTML5 slots from major providers
- Touch-optimised navigation
- Account, purchases, and redemptions all available from mobile
- Daily login bonus accessible from mobile (where High 5 Casino offers one)
Support
Live chat
Through the operator help centre, typically 24/7
Email / help-centre ticket
Standard support channel, response within business hours
Social media
Faster informal channel via Twitter / X and Facebook
Support Experience
High 5 Casino's support is typical of the US sweepstakes market, live chat or email through the help centre. Phone support is rare in this segment. Response times vary but are generally faster on weekdays. For KYC verification issues (the most common support topic on sweepstakes sites), expect to provide clean ID + proof of address documents.

High 5 Casino Explained
What is High 5 Casino?
High 5 Casino is the sweepstakes casino arm of High 5 Games, live since 2012, which makes it one of the longest-running brands in the category. Players use Game Coins for free play and Sweeps Coins as promotional entries that can be redeemed for cash prizes where state law permits.
It scores 8.6 in our review, with the main draw being direct access to the full High 5 Games slot catalogue under the sweepstakes model.
Who owns High 5 Casino?
High 5 Games, a US-based slots studio that supplies real-money casinos worldwide. The casino is the studio's own retail channel, so the developer and the operator are the same company.
That vertical integration is unusual in the sweeps market, where most operators license their games from third-party studios.
What makes the High 5 Casino game library different?
Every one of the 1,000+ titles comes from High 5 Games itself. No other sweepstakes operator offers the full H5 catalogue this way.
The trade-off is stylistic range: you get one studio's design language across the whole lobby rather than a mix of providers, so sample widely with Game Coins before settling in.
What do you need before redeeming at High 5 Casino?
Three things: a Sweeps Coins balance at or above the minimum threshold (100 coins for a cash prize, or 50 for a non-cash prize), a completed 1x playthrough on those coins, and a passed identity check with photo ID and proof of address.
Once those are in place you can choose ACH, Skrill, or a mailed paper check, with electronic options clearing in 1 to 5 business days.
